Situated on 49 acres, Aeternum Oil and Fuel operate a range of fully operational, state of the art processes. The site is located in the heart of Wirral International Business Park, adjoining the river Mersey.

The combined facility has a production capacity of 360te per day (130kte per annum dependent on oil blend) and the site's Biodiesel Production facility has the capacity to produce up to 150k tonnes per annum, with provisions for Bulk Handling, blending, filtration, earth treatment, acid washing, drying equipment and glass lined reactors for a very high degree of flexibility of interconnection between existing processing and storage facilities. This is achieved by the installation of a new Delta V D.C.S control system which permits totally remote, recipe based operations, reducing operator requirement to an absolute minimum. 

The New Blending Facility has three blending lines; each line has an average blending capacity of 120te per day depending on the product line. 

Located on the southern area of the Wirral peninsula, Aeternum Oil & Fuel is ideally located to all main transport and communication links. Adjacent to the A41 New Chester Road, and just two miles north of the M53 Junction 5, the site is well located in between Birkenhead, Ellesmere Port and Chester and provides unbeatable links to the UK motorway and road network. 

The two Mersey tunnels are just five miles away connecting Liverpool and beyond. The Site is also just minutes away from the 12 Quays ferry terminal with regular sailings to both North and Southern Ireland.
