Aeternum, established in 2009, is expanding to fill the niche of a privately funded opportunistic investor capable of developing complex infrastructure assets.

Property Level

Aeternum's origination, financing development and planning expertise allows it to deliver complex Brownfield infrastructure sites.

Operating Level

Aeternum's knowledge and breadth of industry partnerships employing proven technologies and experienced operators allows it to create multiple and viable energy and infrastructure projects on sites situated on abandoned or non-productive industrial sites.

Aeternum operates 2 fund models:

'Early Stage' Infrastructure Development Fund

• Focused on Brownfield land, Master Planning and Project Assembly.

'Implementation' Fund

• Focused on either the capitalization of existing operating businesses within Fund 1 or the delivery of de-risked qualifying assets from the 'early stage' fund.

• Recruit seasoned management team with decades of infrastructure experience and full-scale Masterplan Development in Renewable Energy, Recycling, Water Treatment, Lubricants and Biofuels.
• Become a leader in the UK's Recycling and Renewable Energy asset class through Aeternum's 'Energy Park' Infrastructure, a sector with extremely strong macro-economic fundamentals.
• Ethical Investment focusing on Renewable Energy, Recycling, Brownfield remediation and skilled employment generation.
• Develop Exit Strategies to 'mature' infrastructure funds targeting geared 15% IRR in a diversified portfolio of high quality, long-life infrastructure businesses that generate stable, predictable cash flow.
